I’m a mom of 2 who knows how easy it is to put yourself last. Between work, kids, and everything else on your plate, your health becomes the thing you prioritize. I’ve been there.
You can’t take care of everyone else if you don’t take care of yourself.
For a long time, I was stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle. I’d go all in on strict diets and intense workout plans, only to end up burnt out and exhausted. I’d be “perfect” during the week, then loosen up on the weekends and feel like I had to start over every Monday. Some days I was just tired from work and kids, so I’d order takeout and tell myself I’d get back on track tomorrow… which usually turned into a few days. And when I did push myself too hard in workouts, I’d end up so sore I couldn’t stay consistent.
What worked for me in my 20’s just wasn’t working for me in my 30’s anymore.
Even with a background in health and fitness (I worked as a certified personal trainer through most of my twenties), I still found myself stuck in that same cycle. Because knowing what to do isn’t the hard part. Doing it consistently, in real life, is.
Now, I help busy moms 35+ build simple, sustainable routines so they can:
- get stronger
- feel more energized
- and feel confident in their bodies again
